The Opportunity
Point Source Audio is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and providing exceptional customer support. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Prepare quotes, reports and estimates as assigned
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Utilize Salesforce and QuickBooks for order management and financial tracking as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in office management tasks and clerical duties.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Have working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
